I couldn't sleep while checking in on May 24th and checking out on May 26th, so I went down to the front desk at 3:00am on the morning of the 25th and asked for spray or bed bug medicine, but nothing was ready, so my sister and I suffered a lot.

I couldn't rest for a minute, the sensor makes a too loud noise, I decided to pay for a night at the hotel to be able to sleep and I could barely even an hour, that was impossible.

They had broken elevators and had us check in on floor 5 door key didn't work. Then we walked down then gave us key for 6th floor guess what? Didn't open door. Doors look like they were kicked punched ect. Told them after climbing 18 flights wr OUT

The hotel needs to be shut down. It is infested with roaches and creepy, crawlers, dirty blinds curtains rug. There was no vacuum it smell. It was mainly for homeless people, and there was other people they refund the money back I would not recommend

Nothing, it was nasty, dirty everywhere. GOT ALL WET WHEN I FLUSHED THE TOILET, the plumber showed up at 11:30 pm and finished at 12:30 am , only was able to sleep for 4hrs. Smelled like marihuana all over the place. THE WORSE PLACE TO STAY.

I was never given any room, and my card was debited. What a terrible experience, I was sleepy and nowhere to sleep. They told me they were fully booked. They gave my room to others and still charged me. I want my money back

This place was filthy/nasty/disgusting. The walls and floors look like they have never been cleaned. The room had filth built up in every corner. We went straight out of the room for fear of bed bugs/lice. Patron was urinating in the parking lot.
